crust: 2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup dates
pinch sea salt
1 Teas Vanilla
food process all then press in pan
filling: 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 large ripe avacado
1/3 cup agave
meat of one coconut ( I did 2)
1/2 teas Vanilla
pinch sea salt
blend together then add 2 T lecithin and 1/2 cup coconut butter
Vanilla cream topping 3 coconuts woth of meat maybe a little more if needed +1/4 cup agave and 3 T coconut butter.....
