Good tune, commercial (not a bad word), it really takes me in when the harmonies start. I especially like the organ. I'm assuming this is a "MicroChip Brothers) type organ sound. If so, how did you automate the varying leslie speed.
Well done Bob. Thanks for sharing it.

Boring, I have a Hammond C-3 in my studio, but I didn't use it on this tune. I experimented with a new plug in from M-Audio (I think) and, after playing the notes into a MIDI track I recorded it into an audio track while varying the Leslie speed real-time. There are also two tracks of organ with two slightly different sounds. I always liked it when the organists would have two keyboards going, one for chords and one for lead lines.

Very clever. But you should have warned us...
This tune is a "mind-worm". Don't listen to it first thing in the morning... unless you want it to be with you all day. Totally infectious!

christief:
love it and look forward to it being in my spirit all day long. come on "mind worm"

I like it. It sticks on your heart because the melody and and words are very singable. Important for congregational usage.

bobk:
Joe, I am into writing simple, singable songs right now. For congregational use, not performance worship.

openjoe:
That's what I am saying. That is wonderful.

I'll put up another song from a few years ago that Andrae Crouch really liked. He called me just to tell me he liked it!... it made my day, week, month, year.
